The parking lot was convenient. The connecting room next to mine had many small ants on the bed and carpet, which was unpleasant, and there was no hot water.

“It was okay for a one night stay.”

The room was fairly clean and the front desk staff were pleasant, but the self‑parking lines were faded and it was hard to tell if the spots were for two or three cars. When we tried to leave, the key card wouldn’t work even after we told the front desk we were checking out. The pillows were horrible and flat, offering no support, and the tub water didn’t drain properly. On the fifth floor, the fire‑exit door wouldn’t shut and you could hear the rain and wind coming through.

My daughter loved the amazing pools even though the weather was bad; the room was right near the restaurant, the parking, and especially the pool – everything was perfect. I think the hotel could offer more activities, especially cultural ones, just a suggestion.

“The rooms and property could use a refresh. The entry lobby looked okay.”

The location was convenient and the filtered water fountain on our floor was handy. The rooms and bathrooms are worn out and roaches were everywhere in the bathroom. The sliding screen door on the balcony almost flew off when I opened the glass door and the screen; maintenance should check that. It was also a hassle to go to another floor to get ice from the ice machine – an ice machine next to the filtered water machine would be better.

“Beauty and serene, relaxed vibe”

The location was fantastic, the scenery stunning, we watched the sunrise from the balcony, strolled on the beach, breakfast was excellent, and Sunrise yoga was a highlight. It was a bit confusing to navigate because of construction on the main floor, but the upgrades will pay off.
