The kindness and honesty of Marie, the assistant, and Romain, the owner!!! Mr. Romain Lapierre, owner of this guesthouse and a winemaker at the same time, repeatedly showed during my stay(s) that he is not honest at all, and he also acted in bad faith!

We had a very pleasant stay with Romain, who gave excellent advice when we asked about activities, restaurants, and nearby sights; his recommendations proved very useful. The cottage is truly charming, blending an old characterful house with modern renovation comforts. The wine barrels, featuring the current year's production, add a lot of charm and a genuine authentic touch. We also liked the small touches, especially the fact that each room has its own spot in the fridge. The location is ideal, right in the city center and close to the Roche de Solutré, making it easy to enjoy the area. A big thank you to Romain for his hospitality, valuable advice, and this very enjoyable stay; we highly recommend this cottage! Nothing at all was wrong.
