Die Lage, der Ausblick und das Personal machen dieses Hotel so besonders. Zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und trotzdem immer da, wenn man mal wen braucht. Hervorragend. Auch die Ausstattung mit großem SmartTV, Bose Sound usw., ist Spitze. Sehr gutes Frühstück, wirklich exzellent, aber die Bestellung per Line Messenger ist hakelig und bedarf viel Zeit. Eine Suite für mit Whirpool für den Preis, und dann keinen Balkon, das ist mager. Eine Aircon die einem in den Rücken bläst, wenn man den Whirlpool benutzen möchte macht das Erlebnis leider nicht wirklich besser. Satinierte Glaswände als Badezimmer sind schön, aber nur wenn man sie auch sauber halten kann, dieses fleckige und schmierige Glas, entspricht irgendwie nicht recht dem Stil den die ganze Anlage sonst vermittelt. Dieses Hotel ist die Top Adresse um morgens das "Wolkenmeer" zu sehen, aber Sonnenaufgang um 5.57 Uhr. Frühstück erst ab 7.30. Da sitzt man dann und wartet und wartet. Auch die Öffnungszeiten am Aben des Restaurants. Bis 18.00 (Bestellstop) ist in einem Haus der Klasse irgendwie nicht wirklich passend. Da erwartet man eher auch um 22.00 noch Essen zu bekommen

We were blown away by the view from our Villa room, and the free breakfast served both in the room and on the balcony was superb. The café offered first‑class food and drinks, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from the magnificent Big Buddha. We had originally booked a standard hotel room with a huge bed in a very clean, modern, tiny space, but we upgraded to a Villa. The place has an upbeat modern vibe, yet it’s only practical to reach if you have your own transport; walking to the Big Buddha would be quite difficult.
