I chose this place because it was close to the office where I had to pick up my US visa passport: about 150 m, 5 minutes walking slowly. The room was very clean, spacious, had a kettle, tea with sugar; the bathroom had body and hair care products, towels, a hairdryer. The mattress on the bed was not brand‑new but comfortable. To keep it warm you tell the reception, and the staff turns on the heating right away. There are a wardrobe and hangers for clothes. The room accommodates three people, with a double and a single bed. If the single bed is already there, there should be a nightstand next to it, because there is nowhere to put necessary items when you go to sleep. It’s inconvenient but not critical. I wish the hotel manager would fix this. A huge bonus was the receptionist, Lyudmila (who also runs the bar): professional, pleasant, and a Ukrainian who speaks Ukrainian!! That’s a big plus for the hotel and restaurant! Thank you sincerely to Lyudmila for her professionalism! We ate at the hotel’s restaurant a few times, tasty Turkish food, pleasant atmosphere. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to pick up a passport with a visa at the post office; there’s no better and closer place to find. The lobbies are also very clean and cozy. Thank you to the hotel staff for the pleasant conversation and the created coziness! By the way, you can wait for your departure time if you’ve already left the room. There is no such issue.

Check‑in was until 12:00, but from 10:00 they were already pushing at the door asking when you would leave. The shower water barely ran.

For the price, a two‑day stay was perfect. The room was clean, no clutter or other inconveniences. I recommend it. Visible signs of use on some furniture and walls.
