Pension Lindenkrug

The furnishings seemed thrown together, as if the whole family had added pieces. It’s not particularly cozy. The accommodation is open all day and night, so a security concept is hard to imagine. The room was a loft with a slanted ceiling, one of the two beds under the slope, head‑butting included. The small bathroom needed more light, and the towels no longer served their purpose. Staying here is not recommended. The Lindenkrug used to be better managed, even offering breakfast. The price is a sham.

Very charming, the door was ajar. the key was stuck in it. the fridge was well stocked. you immediately felt at home. outside, the garden had nice seating areas. cozy corners to wind down the day.

“Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht!”

The parking spot was right in front of the building, but the host never mentioned that access B501 from the quarry was blocked, forcing a detour of 15 km. Also, there was no notice that only cash payments were accepted. The room was cold and damp, with a bad smell, and the furnishings looked like they came from the 1970s.

I liked the nice outdoor seating spot in the garden, and the landlord was very accommodating.

There was no breakfast, but that wasn’t an issue; the coffee machine and fridge were available. I was satisfied.
