The location and parking were convenient, but the pool was closed, the room was somewhat dirty, the phones used to contact reception didn’t work, and I ran out of shower water and had to ask reception for help.

The hotel was nice and clean, but it was too far from the Interstate.

Very clean and spacious, and I felt VERY SAFE.

The room was spotless and the bed felt like a cloud, but the door never locked properly and the lock was useless. There was no pool, and the water was turned off for an entire day without any notice. I had no idea how to set the thermostat to adjust the A/C, and it took a while to figure out the remote. The staff were generally unfriendly and never mentioned breakfast times, except on the day I checked out when they were surprisingly cheerful. Nobody was at the check‑in/check‑out desk, so I had to wait and then walk to a door to get someone’s attention for help.
