Only the location and the friendly reception staff stood out; the room looked nice in the photo but was actually very dingy, dusty, and the shower was awful.

The location was good, but the room lacked towel rails, had poor lighting, an uncomfortable bed, a toilet that was hard to flush, a broken toilet seat, and a shower that required a high step with no support handle.

The staff were adorable and welcoming, the hotel was open 24/7, ideally located in the center and within walking distance of Termini station, and breakfast could be had on site or just down the street.
