I was disappointed and it was the worst family experience; I shouldn't have booked it. They stole money that was never refunded, so I don't recommend it. The food is bland, the facilities are dirty and unsuitable for tourists, and there's a damp smell that triggers allergies.

It’s a spot to unwind and disconnect, the breakfasts are super tasty and the pool is 10‑10. They let us use the kitchen twice even though it wasn’t included in the services, which is a plus. Because it’s a quiet place to relax, they turn off the lights early; that’s fine if you’re not planning a party or nighttime activities, but it’s not for that.

A nice, comfortable place with good service. The lady at the service desk was excellent and did a great job. In conclusion, everything was fine, thanks for everything; I had a great time.
