The reception was flawless and courteous, and the staff did everything they could to fix our noisy room issue! For our second visit, the room right next to the elevator turned out to be unbearable because of constant machinery noise and loud guests. After two complaints, the front desk moved us to a much quieter room. Peace isn’t the hallmark of this hotel. Too bad.

Close to the city centre. The extra fee for our dog at check‑in was a disappointment.

Convenient and quiet spot near the shopping area. The place looks very dated, like the 1990s all over again.
