The professional and kindly staff—receptionist, waitress, manager—helped me resolve the situation smoothly. I want to express my deep gratitude again. The mattress could have been a little firmer.

The location is good and the room is spacious. However, the breakfast selection is unappealing; it starts at 8 am, which is too late for a business trip. The room was not cleaned, except for fresh towels on the third day; otherwise, nothing was done.
