The front desk was very nice, yet the place was unclean, the outlets didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, and my husband killed several cockroaches.

The room was hot, the floor was dirty, and the sheets were rough; overall it was okay but nothing special.

The price and location were good, but the AC wasn’t very effective, they didn’t try to fix it, and breakfast was unavailable.

The location was fine, but the motel’s rooms were outside the main building. I asked for a handicap room and they switched it, yet it still wasn’t suitable. The pillows were flat and the room wasn’t fully clean. The front desk guy was rude; he rushed me off the phone saying everything was handled without asking my details. I had to go up front to request an iron. I paid an extra fee to check in before 3 pm, and it was raining. We had to stay there because other hotels were full from the college games. Breakfast was only coffee. They were rude to everyone except white guests; the owners and runners were Indian (Arab) and the housekeepers were rude Mexicans. I will never stay here again, and my family and I had to clean the whole room ourselves.
