The room is clean, well‑located near the metro, and the building is quiet. The staff are attentive and will inform you if anything happens. The photos match reality. When you arrive, the building looks old and the first impression is that it’s very old, but you’ll see it’s quiet and silent. The room itself is fine, but it’s small and, although it has a window, it faces a courtyard with no light. The bathroom is one of those with a built‑in shower, and because the bathroom is small everything gets wet. From what we’ve seen, Hong Kong accommodations at this price are similar.
The place looked cleaner inside than the exterior suggested, and the toilet was spot‑clean. I was confused about which lift lobby to use; one lobby’s lift was broken.
Very satisfied. We will come back again! 🥰

The value for money is the main point given the rates in HK. We were five and the cost for the accommodation over five days was unbeatable. For people used to European standards, the arrival is quite surprising given the building and its floors, but once you understand that most Hong Kong residents live like this, you adapt.
