The friendliness of the reception staff, the free luggage concierge, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the location with many bars and restaurants nearby were all great. The automatic lighting in the bathroom was annoying, there was no fridge in the room, and perhaps asking for a patio‑view room would be less noisy.

The neighborhood is nice and close to the city center, and places like Alhambra, Sacromonte, Albayzin and others are easily reachable from here; I would definitely come back. The ventilation could be better.

The location was good and they stored our bulky luggage after check‑out. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work and they couldn’t call a taxi.

The location is fantastic, quiet and on a back street, yet it’s easy to walk into the old town and close to the train station and bus routes.
