Located in downtown Louisville, the Hyatt Regency Louisville is a 3-minute walk from the Kentucky International Convention Center. This hotel features an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant, Sway, with a farm-to-fork concept. Each room offers a flat-screen TV, city view, and work desk with enhanced lighting. The hotel is near the Louisville Slugger Museum, Muhammad Ali Center, and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

The location is good, but parking should be free for guests.

Convenient to almost everything downtown, but parking was a hassle – every time we left we had to pay again. We stayed 3 nights with small kids, so walking wasn’t ideal; we had to return to the room for naps and then go back out to explore. I estimate I spent about $150 on parking over those 3 days. It’s disappointing they don’t offer a flat day rate and a pass for guests to come and go.

The location was spot‑on, though it’s a bit pricey – but that’s expected for such a spot.

The room was large, the location convenient, and the check‑in staff were lovely. The ice machines were all shut down, so they sent us to the pool level, which closes at 10 pm, and then to the lobby where we had to walk a long way to the bar to get 10 pieces of ice.
