The location and the hallway were good. The room felt plastic and the lighting made the space feel like a hospital.

The location is excellent, close to everything. Samanta at reception was very helpful and professional when we had an issue with an excursion. The room was clean on arrival. However, during our stay no one came in to clean or make the bed, which tarnishes the overall rating.
