The place was peaceful and in a great spot for anyone wanting to explore Assisi or its surroundings; the owners were really kind and friendly. It was totally worth it, and the view was spectacular, plus there was a small swimming pool. The only downside was that the internet issue wasn’t mentioned before we arrived.

My stay was truly wonderful! The property is very spacious, welcoming, well‑maintained, and especially spotless. The value for money is excellent. The real highlight is the panoramic location. It’s a few kilometres from Assisi’s centre, set in the quiet Umbrian hills, but the breathtaking view you get as soon as you wake up makes the distance worthwhile. The beautiful panoramic pool is another big plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. What impressed us most was the extraordinary hospitality of the owner. She greeted us with a selection of cakes and local sweets from Assisi and Umbria, enough for both breakfasts, a very thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated – and the sweets were delicious! She was always smiling, kind, and welcoming, making us feel at home. I absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return. The only thing to note is the few kilometres’ distance from Assisi’s centre, but I don’t see it as a flaw; the tranquility and panoramic view more than compensate for the short trip.

We spent a lovely family holiday here. The apartment was spotless and well‑organized, and the outdoor areas let us enjoy a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The pool made our relaxation even better. Assisi is easy to reach by car, and the location lets you visit other Umbrian towns and charming villages in a day. The owners are very welcoming and attentive to every need, making the stay truly optimal. A special thank you to Marisa.

Everything. The location, the quiet, Marisa’s friendliness, her sweets, the pool, the terrace, the cute little cats, the comfy bed… Nothing to complain about.
