The service quality, the friendliness and availability of Abdulla and Yassine were excellent. The breakfasts were great, fresh and with fresh products. The mattress was very comfortable. The location is ideal in the Medina, 10 minutes on foot from Jardin Majorelle and generally you can walk to most sites of interest. We had a wonderful stay. Nothing to add.

Overall, this is a good place. The terrace is nice, rooms are pleasant though not huge, and the staff are friendly and always around. A recurring issue is that breakfast isn’t served until 8.30; most transport pickups and tours start at 8 or 8.30, and it would be better to have a decent breakfast earlier, like at 7.30 or 8. The hotel should also rethink its airport drivers, who have been late or, as on the last two occasions, arrived in a bad mood, talked down on the country, and repeatedly screamed and spat at people in traffic. When you’re part of someone else’s vacation, providing a service, you need to control your emotions better.

Half‑board was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was reachable on foot. For a riad, it was a bit loud.

“Great Location & Great Hosts”

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a riad, but I was pleasantly surprised overall. It may seem a bit hidden, but it’s perfectly located where you can walk to Medina Square and most good spots are either a nice walk or a short taxi ride away. Yassin and Abdula were great hosts and kept us comfortable. All meals were included, so it’s a great value. The bed was a bit harder than I’d like, but I still slept well.
