I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The environment was nice, but that's where the positives ended. The hotel had no pipe, which made it impossible for me to use the facilities. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had an exceptional experience with the front desk staff, particularly Cindy, who treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. The hotel's location and overall ambiance were fantastic, and I truly appreciated the extra effort Cindy put into making my stay enjoyable.
