The bathroom fixtures were cleaner than expected; although there were wet spots and hair due to the crowds, the cleaners checked and cleaned regularly. The suite room had a ban on eating and drinking inside, and it was inconvenient that the room was inaccessible from 11 am to 4 pm.

The staff were helpful and the facility was very clean; the shared space on the 6th floor was comfortable after a shower. However, the mixed‑gender toilet on the 5th floor made me feel very awkward when I ran into a man there.

It was quiet and a great spot for a short stay, conveniently close to Coex Mall and two major train lines. I reached out about an item I left a few hours after leaving, within cleaning time, but never heard back; I tried several methods with no success. Double‑check that you have everything before you leave, because their communication leaves a lot to be desired.
