Proximity to our other guests. I booked two separate rooms for four of my guests, they arrived with the booking number and were only given one room. After spending a few hours cramped in one room with one shower and one hairdryer, they told me the space was not okay. When I called, the lady said sorry there’s only one room available – but I paid for two. When I asked for a refund to book another place, suddenly a room became available and she realized I actually booked two rooms – this was already 8 pm and check‑in was at 2 pm. Disgusting.

“Nothing to write home about.”

The staff was warm and helpful. The building needs care and urgent maintenance to justify the price charged. Having stayed in far better maintained facilities for a lesser charge, I am disappointed. The payment made does not match the service offerings and I was asked to pay a deposit of R300.00 for access to my booked accommodation.

“Beautiful place”

The hotel is great, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient. Nothing else to add.

“STAY AWAY”

Nothing positive. When we checked in, we were told to leave the property for no reason, and we still haven’t received a refund after two months.
