I was pleased to find that the hotel was located in the heart of Kluang, making it easily accessible to all the local attractions. However, my experience was marred by a faulty elevator that left me waiting for a considerable amount of time. The inconvenience was frustrating, but the hotel's central location made up for it to some extent.

I was initially drawn to the hotel's good location, which made it easy to get around Kluang. However, upon closer inspection, I was disappointed to find that the building itself was in need of some TLC. The interior could have been better maintained, and it detracted from my overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping - my room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, with unwashed cups and glasses left behind, and the trash bin was emptied but not properly tidied. To make matters worse, I even found blood stains on the bedsheets.

I generally enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with a convenient location and a clean, comfortable room. The check-in process was smooth and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, I did have one major issue - the air conditioner wasn't working properly, which made the room unbearably hot, especially at night.
