The staff were smiling and friendly, and the hotel is close to the city centre with the tram stopping just next to it. We had to change rooms because of constant noise in the first room, making it impossible to sleep, and the next room was even less sound‑proof. For a night at CHF 180.-, it is far below expectations.

The room was small but comfortable for a short stay, very clean and well maintained; the tram stop is just outside, so if your room faces the street and you are sensitive to noise it can be a bit disturbing, but it didn't bother me much.

The room was clean and well organized, breakfast was super, and the staff were welcoming; nothing else.
