“Sehr gute Lage - zum Schlafen für einen Städte-Trip ausreichend.”

Very good location – 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum, excellent public transport connections. Daily fresh breakfast – base: one roll + croissant per person, cookies, jams, Nutella, a pack of ham/salami and cheese. No butter. Daily one soft drink and water per person + Prosecco. Very friendly landlords, they give tips for restaurants and public transport. However, there are many very good restaurants with good value for money right around the corner. It is basically an apartment with a few rooms. We had a kitchen and our own bathroom. Unfortunately everything is already a bit in need of renovation. If it were a bit more comfortably equipped, the accommodation would have great potential. The metal bed has a mattress that is too soft for my taste.

Excellent location, good breakfast, the warm croissants in the morning from Andrea were excellent. The room cleaning was superb. Andrea’s friendliness and attention were wonderful. Nothing else.

“Relaxing and a nice haven away from the busy tourist areas”

Andrea was a pleasure to deal with. He was very welcoming and happy to help us arrange taxis, and he kindly stored our bags on the last day, which allowed us to make the most of our final day of sightseeing. He also provided a comprehensive list of local amenities and shared his contact details in case we had any questions or needed assistance during our stay. The ground-floor room we booked was very quiet and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others

The spot was spot on and the rooms were roomy, but the breakfast was pretty plain—just café fare. The beds felt spongy and a bit creaky, and the hot water was unreliable, making showers feel super cold, which isn’t ideal for families.
