“Muy caro para lo que ofrecen”
The beach is just a few meters away. Many things were almost abandoned, the facilities were almost nil, and the staff was almost non‑existent day and night (I felt almost abandoned). The kitchen was in a temporary location because of an accident a couple of months ago, which was fine, but the place was not clean; plates were left to wash all day, attracting flies and many cat visits… I even saw animal poop very close to the kitchen on the third day. They were working every day, so the few facilities couldn’t be enjoyed. We went to the beach, almost alone, had to bring our own chairs to the kiosk that was half‑standing, and no one offered anything; we had to handle everything ourselves. The room key didn’t work, but nothing happened. The initial room was very small, unattractive, and we asked for a change; they said there would be an extra charge, which we accepted because we wanted to improve our stay. The second room was much better and lifted our mood. During the stay we only saw one family of guests who stayed for two days. We managed to arrange a credit, and they didn’t charge us for the upgrade; they were very honest about that. The photos and angles don’t honor the hotel. Until they improve the facilities and it shows, I wouldn’t return.
