It was the best spot we visited in Portugal! The host made the studio feel warm and cozy, the food was incredibly delicious, and the wine‑tasting was wonderful. The views and surrounding nature were absolutely amazing. We loved it so much that we spent the whole day there, happily cancelling our plans to explore the area just to enjoy everything it offered. A truly special place we’d love to return to!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casal de Tralhariz. We were welcomed with a glass of port and homemade pastries. The terrace invites you to linger while enjoying views of the vineyards and sunset. The pool is refreshing, salt‑water, and chlorine‑free, which I love. The breakfast basket is plentiful with daily changing fruit, cakes, and jam, and it’s tailored for intolerances. It’s the perfect place to unwind. When asking for excursion or restaurant tips, you get plenty, and they can even reserve a table for you. The Casal is uniquely beautiful and instantly feels like home, as if time stands still. I especially want to highlight the warmth of all the staff—housekeeping ladies who lovingly maintain the property each day, the people who bring breakfast baskets to the apartments, and especially the co‑manager who lovingly looks after guests when the owners are away. Thank you for everything. ❤️ The room was in an old barn and quite dim; a bit more light would be nice.

Everything was fantastic—from the staff to the rooms, outdoor areas, and the experiences the Casal de Tralhariz offers; it was all amazing and we’ll definitely return! ☺️

The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool and breakfast, but outside the pool we could have used more entertainment options like board games, foosball, or other activities to spice up the time.

It was paradise in Portugal: the quiet, scenery, staff, everything—everything—was extraordinary, and it was a real joy to have stayed there.
