“Worse experience, i will never book again even though i wonder how booking.com advertised this kind of rooms.”
The place was nothing like the photos; the room, surroundings and staff behavior were all disappointing.

The bed was extremely hard, the cabinet was broken and the room was dusty; I told the lady the next day and she noted it but nothing changed. The broken cabinet door hit me twice, causing minor injuries, and I wasted my money on this cheap room and deserve compensation or a refund. The room cleaning was poor, the bed uncomfortable, the cabinet and window were broken, and there was a constant bed odor.

I was given the wrong room details, and when I finally got to the room after going out for food, I couldn’t access it; I couldn’t reach the owner, so I had to book another hotel.

There were bugs in the room, no TV, no door frame, and the kitchen was filthy.

The host lied about having a TV and wouldn’t let me change rooms.
