“Great location with a friendly staff and breakfast included”

I spotted the room’s terrace offering stunning views, and the place was spotless with a welcoming crew. However, several pools were in need of repair—jets weren’t functioning and the whole area could use an upgrade. They tried to make a king by pushing two twin beds together, but the beds split apart and I fell right into the gap.

The location, the indoor thermal pools, and the SPA (absolutely excellent) are definitely the highlights, and the staff’s customer focus is impressive. What could be better is the breakfast: it could include local specialties like sfogliatelle and pastiera. The dinner menu, especially the main courses (the starters were fine), could improve in quality—maybe adding some typical Campanian dishes.

The staff were fine. The cleanliness, maintenance of the infrastructure, and the jacuzzi were all subpar, and there was no water available after 2 a.m. :/

The staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was lacking, the infrastructure was poorly maintained, and the jacuzzi was old with peeling tiles and only two mediocre jets. On a heavy‑rain day, a water cascade leaked from the ceiling window; we asked for a room change, but the hotel refused and sent a technician to fix it. During the last two nights we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and there was no water for showering or brushing teeth—just no water at all. Breakfast was very limited with few options.
