The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Complimentary water was available, and there were coffee and tea facilities plus toiletries. The bathroom was spotless. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming, and caring, always ready to help with anything. On our first day they handed us a guide to great food spots, and they happily answered any questions—even ones unrelated to Naples! They were also very accommodating when we left our luggage at the hotel for a day while we took a trip to Sorrento, and they returned it safely. The hotel has a lovely little souvenir corner where guests’ gifts are carefully kept and treasured; if you bring a small memento from your homeland, it will be looked after and find its own special place there. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk to most of Naples’ main attractions.
