I liked that the hotel is located just steps from Gate I of the Citadel. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurant is extraordinary, with very good food and generous portions.

The location is excellent; we stayed only one night but want to return for a longer stay. Exactly at the gate of the Castle.

The staff were truly helpful, kind, and put extra care into customer relations. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The new, modern, clean building has a sauna and Turkish bath, and you can't ask for more. Nothing to complain about, the facility and team are flawless.
