“Need my money refunded”

I was furious when someone tried to break into my room that night because my shower had been broken for two days; I want all my money back and the staff here are awful.

I got charged twice at outrageous rates—almost $300 when I booked through Bookings.com and another almost $300 at the hotel after checkout, totaling nearly $600 for one night—and I still can't get a refund even after contacting both the hotel and Bookings.com; the room also had no coffee maker, clock, radio, or telephone, making it a terrible stay.

“Worst Wyndham I've ever stayed at.”

The place is close to all the activities, but it was filthy, smelled like stale cigarettes, and the staff barely spoke English, coming across as rude and unhelpful. The TV was broken and it took them 2 hours to fix it, and the bonfire on the property was so loud it kept us up until late at night. Should I go there again?

“Well I will have to find another location next time.”

It was quiet and peaceful, but the heater didn’t work, no one was in the office, clean towels never arrived, mice were in the room, and the janitor didn’t speak or read English.
