Locanda Museum Hotel

“Thank you, Locanda Museum staff!”

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooftop view is stunning, the breakfast is wonderful, and the room is much larger and nicer than the photos show. The bathroom is incredibly well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. I also want to thank them for the tremendous help they gave us. We ended up leaving our passports at the hotel and had to reschedule our flight for the next day. The team supported me by phone the whole time, picked us up from the airport, provided a room and food, and made sure to stay in touch with us until we boarded. Locanda Museum isn't just a hotel. They are humane, professional, and wonderful people who made a real difference in our story. There is absolutely nothing negative.

The hotel feels cozy and comfortable, with staff who are helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished, giving the impression of a 5‑star deluxe stay. I truly enjoyed my time there and wish the staff and management continued success in their great work 👍🏻. There was nothing to complain about.

“Très bien”

The location is great—close to the museum and offering a view of the pyramids. The room was very clean. The hotel’s view, however, looks out onto a construction site; the pyramids are behind it. Although the building is under renovation, everything is done to minimize the impact, except that the rooftop is inaccessible.

A small, clean hotel that’s air‑conditioned and close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. It’s hard to find because of ongoing construction.

The hotel sits on the top floor of the building. The Russian‑speaking receptionist proved very useful, and the location is perfect for trips to the pyramids and the new museum. The Wi‑Fi keeps cutting out. The hotel itself isn’t the issue, but Giza is generally messy and dirty—be prepared.
