“All good !!!”
Everything was fine, but the pool was cold and the dinner could use some improvement.

The hotel was outdated, with no fresh water refill, slow bath flow, loud AC, old furniture, no coffee machine for a 5‑star hotel even though there was an extra €15 surcharge to provide it. It felt more like a commercial hotel than a luxury one. The room faced the beach but was in a wing with no soundproofing on the main door, so the road noise was loud all night. Security was nonexistent; anyone could enter the wing unnoticed. Even the tiles in the corridor were old. I ordered an espresso and got it in a tea cup. The beach was a pebble beach, not sandy. The sunbeds could have been better maintained—they were stained with oil and sweat and were very thin and cheap. The umbrellas were tiny, like the ones used for fruit stalls, with only one per two sunbeds. You should go to the beach bar to order drinks and food. For a five‑star, they should have a buzzer to order on the beach. The restaurant was a 5‑star hotel with no fresh juice—bizarre. At dinner they charged you for the water you drank. The wine was cheap. The fruit display was unappealing: cut ahead, blackened bananas, swollen kiwis and peaches. The lobby looked like the 80s—dull and gloomy despite a very high ceiling. No lights at night. The furniture was not worthy of a 5‑star hotel. No welcome drink for guests, not even water. Though one day I saw a lady at the reception offering water to new guests (maybe they asked for it). Wifi was available throughout the hotel and was not disrupted even when the power went off one night.
