Coffee and tea were available for guests on site. Every night there was terrible noise coming from the street. The old bathrooms had a weak flush that worked only occasionally, and the toilet door couldn’t be closed without using force.

The room was nice, with a shared kitchen that could be used for cooking in the apartment, and the owner was friendly. However, the rented room had a problem with the toilet flush.

The location was good. The common areas’ trash wasn’t collected for the three days I stayed.

We enjoyed our time at Floreo Guest House. Initially we had some trouble communicating with the host, but everything was sorted out. The place is conveniently located for exploring Rome, and overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Excellent transport links, a flexible landlord, clean and comfortable, and the self‑check‑in is very useful.
