The hosts were extremely friendly and the family‑run country hotel featured a lovely interior, a sumptuous breakfast, and thoughtful touches throughout. The garden and winter garden were beautifully arranged, and the owners always offered helpful tips and information. The mattresses felt a bit soft, but that’s a matter of personal taste.

We loved the personal welcome from the owners and the whole house, including the rooms, was tastefully and lovingly decorated. The on‑site staff provided excellent trip suggestions, and after our daily excursions we enjoyed a peaceful evening—perfect for unwinding from everyday life. Breakfast was outstanding, with everything one could wish for, and the Apfelrose is highly recommended, so we’re sure to return. It was undoubtedly one of our best holidays because everything fit together so well. Warm regards to the Köberle family from D. Hinkel, R. Loske, H. Piepenbrink, and E. Braun. There’s nothing to criticize; you’re great.

The breakfast was delicious, lovingly presented, partly homemade, and could be enjoyed in a winter garden full of plants and flowers. The décor was cozy and tasteful, and there were plenty of useful tips for leisure activities. The service was always friendly and warm.

My second stay at the Apfelrose was wonderful: the people were very nice, the accommodation excellent, and the recommendations consistently good—everything worked out perfectly.
