The positives were the location between Praça Tiradentes and Igreja de São Francisco de Assis, the warm reception from Igor, and Dona Teresinha’s kindness, but the room was actually the basement of the house—maybe a dungeon?—with no ventilation, a musty smell, and dirty. The entrance to this basement was a low side door sold as independent. The bathroom was actually outside the room, in a hallway adapted with a half door, and the cleanliness was very lacking.

“Hospedagem confortável, limpa e agradável no centro de OP.”

I loved how they cared, attended, and customized the coffee timing, the good conversation, the location, and the local calm; everything was great, and on top I got a bean candy that was delicious! The only downside was not being able to stay another day in OP to enjoy the comfort of the lovely room.

I enjoyed the stay! The breakfast was excellent, the location superb, and the service from Dna. Teresa and Igor was a big plus. Both were always ready to help, with great attention and kindness, making us feel very welcome. I recommend the place and would definitely return.

“Pousada excelente e aconchegante”

I loved the spot! A nearly 200‑year‑old historic house. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and receptive! We were greeted by Igor, who was very attentive and gave us several great city tips. The accommodation was very cozy and the homemade breakfast was very tasty, prepared by the talented and caring Dona Terezinha.
