The air‑conditioner worked well and the location was convenient, but getting around from the underground parking was confusing.

The price was too high and we had to walk across the street for breakfast; the reception staff were unhelpful, the lighting was poor and the form was too small to see, there was no food, and we had to wait a long time at the bar for a drink—overall it felt unwelcoming and far below what I expected compared to the Lyon Ibis Vienna.

Breakfast was excellent with many options for any diet, everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was simple but adequate, bath towels were supplied, there were food options nearby, and public transport was within walking distance, but the location was far from the main areas we visited.
