The little thoughtful extras, the free shuttle, and the fantastic breakfast buffet were great; the staff were flawless and the local snacks at reception were a nice touch. I only wished there were lunch or dinner options, but that’s a tiny nit‑pick.

I was very happy with our stay at QT Hotel! The service truly surpassed our expectations, and each evening we received a lovely surprise that made the trip feel extra special. The room stayed impeccably clean, with housekeeping coming multiple times a day, and the attention to detail and thoughtful service really mattered. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable, always ready to help with bags or questions. Unfortunately, ongoing renovations meant the front‑room beds weren’t usable, but the lake view from the picture windows more than compensated.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were professional, helpful, and polite. The hotel is situated near all of the restaurants and shops. Everything is in walking distance, but still feels quiet. I really enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend!. N/A. Everything was perfect

The staff were fantastic, the area is great, and the evening turndown was excellent. However, a 5‑star hotel should have a fitness centre, and the broken window in my room let in road noise.
