Gans Hotel

First, I want to note the extremely friendly staff and the very clean rooms. Thanks to Ms. Oksana for excellent, high‑quality service organization in your hotel, and to Ms. Maria and Mr. Viktor. The location is convenient, almost in the center, walkable to all spots, and there’s an elevator nearby. I would gladly return with great pleasure.

“Чудовий готель, з радістю б повернулася ще)”

Very cozy, nice hotel, everything is new, impeccably clean, and the people who work there are very kind, polite, always ready to help if needed and will give advice.

“Прекрасний готель для відпочинку зимою”

Very convenient for those who already know how to ski a bit, because there’s a 5th slope nearby and a fair with the 2nd and 7th slopes. The hotel owners are very pleasant, everything is set up for people who come to ski or snowboard. On the first floor there are no proper curtains. Not only is everything visible from the street, but when the room lights are on, and even at night the street sign shines directly into the room, flashing. You can sleep without curtains, but it would be better to have them.

“расположение и удобства отеля - соответствует цене.”

A very cozy room in a wooden style. Clean and daily housekeeping, everything for comfortable stay. Tea, coffee unlimited, separate laundry room. Friendly, smiling staff. + beautiful view from the window. The hotel is not far from the elevator, everything needed for active recreation is within walking distance. We were satisfied with staying in such a cozy hotel ☺️. The internet is not stable.

“Вид з балконів казковий. З однієї сторони номеру вікна виходили на спуск. Всё дуже сподобалось. Повернемось ще .”

The hotel’s location and staff were great, but the Wi‑Fi was bad, probably causing the signal to drop on the TV’s set‑top box – that’s the only small downside.
