The hotel sits within walking distance to Haram, and I had no complaints.

The spot was convenient and the reception was friendly; Ibrahim the concierge helped a lot, and Nazmul Abu Bakar Al‑Amin, the housekeeping supervisor, was very supportive throughout my stay. However, the beds were small, the lift wait times were long, there was no adequate lift‑to‑room ratio, so it was always crowded, and the price felt a bit high.
