The mattress could have been more comfortable.

The location in a pedestrian zone was perfect for us. A subway station was close by and the Coliseum was only 600 m away. Small supermarkets and restaurants were right outside the door. The host was very friendly, as was the sweet little dog. Breakfast was good and plenty, giving us the energy to start the day. Unfortunately, the mattresses were already very worn out, and the noise level in the pedestrian zone was somewhat disturbing; it was quiet when the windows were closed.

The accommodation’s location was very good. The landlord was very friendly and very correct. My son (42) was there with his minor daughter (13), and we ran into a lot of bureaucracy: a photo ID alone wasn’t enough, we had to provide a mother’s certificate and a birth certificate.

Perfectly located in a nice neighbourhood, ideal for exploring Rome. Friendly reception, a lovely little dog, and spacious rooms.
