The reception was great, with all the necessary toiletries and kitchen supplies, the place was clean and ready before arrival, and it was superbly located with shops and restaurants at the base of the building; the downside was the nighttime noise from bars at the center, but that’s typical for a central spot.

Overall we liked it a lot and the staff were very friendly; the mattresses kept sliding out, the doors creaked loudly, the entrances were very narrow, and the code‑key system to reach the apartment felt like an escape game.
