The location is strategic, close to the Kuantan Stadium council and, most importantly, near Tanjung Lumpur 😁. The room has physical damage that needs fixing: the bathroom door is bent, broken, and cannot lock.

The location is good and the staff are polite, but they keep saying things like “you have to pay” or “you must… whatever”, lacking a more customer‑friendly tone.

The city centre is close, but the room needs updating, especially the floor. The door handle in room 1213 is about to fall off, and the hotel signboard should be replaced.
