“Not what I thought it would be.”
The place feels really unique, and the woman who runs the hotel was friendly. The bed sheets were fresh and the room was clean enough. The photos look old because the property has aged a lot. The balcony door was broken, making it hard to open and close. The balcony furniture was so old and worn that I was afraid it might break. Breakfast was very simple; I didn’t want to eat the sticky rice because it wasn’t refrigerated, and I skipped the coffee because the urn was probably filled with tap water.
“Schrecklich - nicht buchen!”
At least the bed linen was clean. The place was nothing like the photos or description; it was more like a homeless shelter. The rooms smelled damp and moldy, paint was peeling from the walls, the faucet was loose, and water dripped down the stairs. It was the worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Booking should stop offering such places.
Convenient and comfortable but a bit far from the city. Too many dogs.
