The staff were always ready to help, and the hotel sits on the road toward Neelavara from Manipal/Udupi; it’s a good budget option for a quiet stay outside the city noise. We stayed two nights, found the facilities decent, the bathroom clean, and parking ample. A note: there aren’t any good restaurants nearby, so you might need to grab a parcel or drive 20‑40 km for lunch, dinner, or breakfast.

The staff behaved very well, but during the monsoon some moths kept finding their way into the bathroom.

I got good value for money and booked two rooms; the beds and blankets were clean. However, there was no kettle, and because the property is far from the city, restaurant options were very limited. The rooms and bathroom weren’t fresh.
