“Very comfortable, spacious, great service, close to the airport for my layover”
The room was huge, the gym and pool were excellent, and the restaurants were good too. Fil, the doorman, went out of his way to give me cash for my GRAB taxi even though I had thought I’d chosen credit. Cire, another doorman, was friendly and shared a lot of useful information about the hotel and the area. The only downside was that the rooftop pool area’s food menu was about 90 % fried items or pizza, which felt like a missed opportunity.
