The shower cabin was tiny, and a bedside lamp’s plug was slightly damaged, posing a safety risk. I had to fix the toilet seat because it was loose, and the shower head felt like a water drill, which was unpleasant. The floor staff were unfriendly; on one day, towels were left in the hallway instead of the bathroom, giving the impression that guests were a burden. The wardrobe held five plastic hangers from sold clothing, one of which was broken. Overall, the room and its furnishings looked tired and outdated.
