This guest house was absolutely fantastic! My 80‑year‑old mother and I were completely taken by the charm and meticulous care. We enjoyed hot breakfast, beach towels, robes, welcome drinks, live music, and free parking. Most rooms have outdoor seating, but the best patio was the “Duval view.” I loved spending mornings here with my coffee. The property also had a kitchen and a large separate bedroom with a cozy king bed. We’ll definitely return to Key West! The only downside was the outdoor lights above our patio that turned on automatically at night.

Overall, the rooms were beautiful and featured top‑class amenities. Every detail was considered – even a magnetic phone holder for charging was provided. Breakfast was beautifully presented, varied, and plentiful. We especially appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. It’s clear that comfort and small touches are highly valued here. We had nothing to complain about, were completely satisfied, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hospitality and personality of the staff were great, the location was excellent, and the bar and Sandys food truck were nice. Local construction nearby didn’t interfere with our visit.
