The place is in a great spot, with the church, shops, etc within a 10‑minute walk. However, the stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and missing basic amenities. Our keycards failed, so staff had to open our door each time, and two adjacent rooms shared the same issue. On the first night we waited about 20 minutes because even the staff master keycards wouldn’t work; a maintenance worker, who wasn’t on duty, had to try different keys, finally bringing a box of manual keys and finding ours. The pillows were thin, and when we asked for extras we were told each cost ₱500, so we declined. Soundproofing was awful; we heard every door slam and conversation from neighboring rooms. The air‑conditioning filter was visibly dusty and needed cleaning. Carpeted floors and staircases required a deep vacuum. Basic amenities were missing: no complimentary tea or coffee, only one small bottle of water per person on day one, and no face or hand towels. The hotel has no restaurant, and the corner café was closed during our stay. Not all staff greeted guests.

If you need a basic overnight spot, this hotel might suffice, but the amenities were limited. There was no hot water, the room fridge didn’t work, and we had repeated key problems. Within the first 30 minutes we were moved between three rooms. Initially we got a key card for a different room; it worked, but when we asked if it was the right one we were told to go to our assigned room, which had no key card and staff couldn’t find one. We were eventually moved to a third room, again without a key card, and after complaining we received a physical key. Changing rooms three times in 30 minutes and dealing with access issues was very frustrating. I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast; if you pay in cash, bring the exact amount. On the bright side, the staff were polite, friendly, and tried to fix the problems, which was appreciated. Overall, this place could work for a one‑night stay, but the lack of hot water, non‑working fridge, and major room/key issues make it unsuitable for longer stays. We also had to ask for the air‑conditioning unit to be cleaned because it was full of dust.
