Very quiet location, very calm. If you like animals, a cute black cat sometimes shows up on the terrace. My room was clean, towels were changed. The owner—or the person who cleaned the room—noticed that my friend had put a blanket under the pillow to raise it a bit and left an extra pillow. The owner is very friendly, reachable, and everything was smooth. Everything was fine :)

Everything was great! The place is wonderful, very cozy. I especially want to mention the host brothers—wonderful, kind, and responsive. The rooms are fully equipped, clean, and tidy. Homemade breakfasts are fantastic. The terrace is amazing; we dined there almost every evening.

We loved breakfast with fresh coffee, homemade apple cake, fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and more. The staff are very helpful and approachable. The kitchen area where breakfast is served is shared with other guests, giving us great chances to meet fellow travelers to Florence. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and feels very safe. It’s a 3‑minute walk to the TI tram line, which takes us to the train station and the city center (3–4 stops) to walk to historic sites and art galleries.
