The place was dirty with stains everywhere, the room had a weird smell, and the air conditioning didn’t work, so we moved to the next room where the AC still wasn’t on and we were hot for hours until it finally kicked in. Stains were on the walls, sheets, lamp shades, and the paint on the exterior doors was chipped, giving the hotel a sketchy vibe.

My room should have been cleaner—pillow cases, sheets, and the bathroom whirlpool tub were filthy and rusty, with random hair everywhere. We’re paying customers and deserve a clean room; please improve.
